Mexico Proposes To Use Bitcoin As Legal Tender

Mexican Senator Indira Kempis is going to prepare to propose a cryptocurrency bill to Congress. This decision was made after the visit of El Salvador, a country that has every opportunity to become the world center of bitcoin.

According to the senator, work is now underway on the financial literacy of the population, and actions will be taken within the country to provide citizens with access to financial services and education.

To concerns about bitcoin being validated as legal tender, Kempis responded that “Making bitcoin a legal tender means putting a level playing field for people who are excluded in almost all countries…We need bitcoin to be legal tender in Mexico because if it is not so if we do not make that decision as El Salvador did, it is very difficult to take action."

However, not only Mexico is considering the possibility of legalizing bitcoin. Last week, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis announced that the state would begin accepting cryptocurrencies for tax payments starting this summer.

Is it possible to secure the cryptocurrency with some kind of hard asset? Yes! How? By investing in the ultimate hedging strategy: new citizenship, possibly backed up by a hard asset in the form of real estate. New citizenship is an investment that will literally provide benefits for the rest of your life… and beyond for your children and their children.

With the unprecedented level of interest from the crypto community recently, NTL Trust launched a new compliance route especially to handle crypto citizenship applications more efficiently - reducing risk for all stakeholders by using reputable crypto-friendly escrow agents, banks, and trust companies.
